Phase 1 of the community park and club is scheduled to open in late 2025.

The Glencara Greenway, part of Eagle City’s Foothills Regional Trail system, spans the length of Valnova’s Big Gulch Corridor as a scenic linear park with lush native planting and easy access to parks, trails, and community amenities. Its serene lakes and water features not only elevate recreation but also play a vital role in Valnova’s innovative water management strategy.
Village Center Park & Waterfront
Valnova’s Village Center will bustle with shops, restaurants, and a plaza overlooking the scenic Greenway, where wide, shaded sidewalks, cozy seating, and festive lighting invite year-round enjoyment. Highlights include picnic spots, an amphitheater, summer lifts to hilltop trails, and winter delights like ice skating and tubing.
